Emergency Information:

If you smell or suspect a gas leak, the first thing you should do is call The National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999. Calls are free, operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and they’ll be able to offer help and advice if you find yourself faced with a potential gas leak. 

Northern Ireland customers should call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 002 001.

In the event of a power cut, please contact your local distribution company. Call 105 and you will be directed to your local electricity operator. This is a free service available to people in England, Scotland and Wales. You can call the number from most landlines and mobile phones.
