Saving Grace Perishable Food Rescue is a small nonprofit based in Omaha, Nebraska, that focuses on rescuing perishable and prepared foods for people in need. It collects donated items in refrigerated trucks from heartland restaurants, caterers, cafeterias, grocery stores, delis, and food distributors and delivers them the same day to nonprofit agencies at no charge.
