We  work with companies who want to reduce healthcare costs, increase revenue with tax advantages and create happy & healthy employees and increase retention of good employees.  Your insurance carrier may offer a "wellness program" but the disconnect is someone to actually run the program and motivate your employees to participate.  Our program has a high 90% participation rate by giving employees a solid incentive in the form of additional benefits that does NOT reduce their paycheck.
