Sustainability Focus Sanctuary Architects emphasizes energy conservation and environmental health as core design principles, suggesting opportunities to pitch sustainability-oriented renovations, net-zero strategies, and high-performance building concepts for resort communities, retreats, and mixed-use developments.

Regional Expertise With a portfolio spanning master planned resorts, ranches, camps, and conference centers and a focus on contextually authentic places, there is potential to pursue projects that require place-based design solutions in California, Hawaii, and globally through partners.

Boutique Firm Advantage As a smaller multidisciplinary practice (11-50 employees) with a flexible network, Sanctuary Architects may be well-positioned for early-stage involvement in competitive bids, fast-turnaround design phases, and collaboration-heavy opportunities where personalized attention adds value.

Global Collaboration Licensing in two markets and the ability to provide services globally via collaborators opens doors for partnerships on international master plans, resort developments, and transnational hospitality projects through allied firms and clients seeking scalable design teams.

Growth Potential Current revenue is under one million, indicating opportunities to upsell services such as sustainability consulting, BIM and rendering packages, master planning, and integrated design solutions to larger developers and hospitality groups seeking end-to-end project delivery.
