SAMBICA is a not-for-profit, non-denominational Christian camp and conference center located in Bellevue, Washington. The organization occupies more than 11 acres on the shores of Lake Sammamish and encompasses over 30 buildings. SAMBICA originated in 1919 as the Sammamish Bible Camp Association, founded by members of the Swedish Tabernacle Church. During the summer, SAMBICA provides overnight camps, day camps, and a high school leadership program, employing about 100 staff and serving roughly 2,200 participants annually. In fall, winter, and spring, it serves guest groups including corporations, not-for-profit organizations, schools, and churches, offering accommodations and meals for reflection, relaxation, and team-building.
