Sagareus Property Management is a full-service residential property management company serving 31 cities across the greater Seattle, Bellevue and Puget Sound region in Washington State. Founded in 2019 by Brittany French and headquartered in Bellevue, WA, we manage 800+ residential units including single-family homes, duplexes, triplexes, fourplexes, townhomes, condominiums, and small apartment buildings up to 30 units.                                                                                    

Our six core services cover every aspect of property ownership: tenant screening with AI-powered multi-level underwriting, professional leasing with photography and syndicated listings, 24/7 maintenance coordination with vetted local vendors, move-in/move-out/annual inspections with photo documentation, monthly financial reporting with EFT distributions, and proactive owner and tenant communication through dedicated online portals.                                            

Management fees are 6 to 10% of gross monthly rental income. Tenant placement is a $2,000 flat fee. No hidden costs. Every fee is documented in the management agreement before signing.
