Targeted sectors Rue Environmental operates across multiple infrastructure-heavy sectors (natural gas, highways, railroads, electric transmission, wind, fiber, DoD, airports) in the eastern United States, presenting recurring opportunities for environmental surveys, permitting support, and historical/archaeological assessment services on project-by-project or programmatic bases.

Federal eligibility With DUNS and NAICS alignment and SDB certification in Pennsylvania, Rue is positioned for federal procurement opportunities and set aside programs, offering potential bid partnerships or subcontracting roles on federal infrastructure and defense-related projects.

Experience leverage The founder and senior team have decades of project management across 200+ projects in 22 states, enabling credible proposals for large-scale environmental and cultural resource compliance packages, and the ability to staff quickly for multi-site or near-term engagements.

Full lifecycle services Rue covers all stages of archaeological work (Phase I-III), heritage inventories, eligibility determinations, and mitigation reporting (HABS/HAER) plus public involvement, allowing bundling of services for clients seeking end-to-end cultural resource management on complex ventures.
