Welcome to Rudden Counseling Services, LLC.   I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Colorado and a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner in the state of Nebraska.  I serve client's in both metro Denver and rural Nebraska.  I specialize in working with children, adolescents,  and their families to create health in relationship which creates strength to face challenges together.  My approach incorporates how  family dynamics impact the overall psychological health of children and their parents which is highlighted alongside assessment and diagnosis of mental health diagnosis / concerns.   It is important to my work that both parents and children feel empowered to tackle concerns through psycho education of diagnosis, coping skills, and healthy expression of emotions and needs.
