RPG Holdings, LLC is a Charleston-based real estate investment firm that specializes in opportunistic and value-add investments. The firm targets properties where value can be generated through capital and operational improvements. Historically RPG is the primary principal/sponsor in all transactions. •	Assembly, entitlement, and predevelopment for ground up Starbucks – difficult drive through approval in dense urban location.
