Restore Small Groups is a faith-based, Christ-centered organization committed to building healing communities by bringing people together in their shared humanity. Our vision is to move the world, one group at a time and one person at a time, toward hope, healing, and growth. We are committed to equipping partners to facilitate groups that become sacred spaces of deep care and intentional listening, where every story is honored and every person is reminded, you matter.

We seek to partner with organizations that share our commitment to a healthy, transformative group process. This includes a posture of humility, openness, and learning; respect for the sacredness of people’s stories; a desire to listen rather than teach; inclusivity for all group participants; and faithfulness to the best practices of the Restore Small Groups process. Small group work is not easy, but it is deeply meaningful. For 25 years, we have practiced, refined, and stewarded this work.
