Restoration Ministries, Inc. is a small to mid-sized nonprofit based in Harvey, Illinois, operating two 18-month residential programs for adults with histories of addiction. It runs two thrift stores in South Holland and Harvey that provide job training and employment opportunities for residents and graduates, and they accept donations of furniture, appliances, and clothing. It hosts a weekly site for the South Suburban PADS Emergency Shelter, welcoming homeless women and children on Sunday evenings from October through April, and recently formed a partnership with Community Development Partners on the King's Crossing Village intergenerational housing project.
