RESOLUTIONS Therapeutic Services is a primary mental health, trauma, and addiction treatment center in Santa Monica that offers a continuum of care, including day treatment/partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), outpatient (OP), and alumni/after-care support. RESOLUTIONS specializes the treatment of addiction, trauma, and co-occurring disorders (dual diagnosis).
