Resilient Cities Catalyst is a New York, New York-based organization that brings together government, civil society, and the private sector to advance urban resilience. Grounded in lessons from the urban resilience movement, it seeks to make cities stronger, more equitable, and better prepared for future shocks. The group helps cities identify opportunities, design innovative responses, and move them into implementation through three core programs: Resilience Roadmaps, Project Incubators, and Catalyst Labs. Its work centers on cities and local governments, providing a pathway from opportunity identification and planning to project design and execution. In 2026, RCC expanded its practical reach through partnerships with external actors, including a collaboration with the Connecticut Green Bank to explore a Resilience District and a separate engagement with Climate Resolve on urban fire resilience.
