RENEW provides the up-front capital and expertise to design, furnish, install, and operate and maintain the new systems under an energy service agreement (ESA), Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), or both. After the term of the agreement, 100% of the savings goes to the building owner and the new systems become their property.
