Reliable Tank Line LLC operates as a wholesale transporter of petroleum and related products. Its roots go back to Quality Oil Transport, founded in 1934 during the Great Depression as a practical solution to high shipping costs. Initially, the company moved products by rail and shifted to trucking to reduce transportation expenses; in 1984 it adopted the name Reliable Tank Line to reflect its broader common-carrier role.

Headquartered in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, the company expanded beyond supplying its founding client to serve other businesses in the wholesale petroleum sector. Leadership is provided by President Graham F. Bennett and Senior Vice President Buddy Jenkins. The organization maintains a mid-sized workforce and continues to operate as a petroleum product carrier within its market.
