Reinauer is an active member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SOIR), a Certified Property Manager (CPM) as designated by the Institute Real Estate Management, a Certified Commercial-Investment Member (CCIM) of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute, a Counselor of Real Estate and has been designated a Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager by the Realtors National Marketing Institute. He is an expert appraisal witness in district and Federal court and is a notary public. The Company handles properties in Lafayette, Lake Charles and Sulphur, Louisiana. Reinauer is a managing and leasing agent for shopping centers in Lake Charles, Sulphur and Moss Bluff.
