REGINA COELI ACADEMY Regina Coeli Academy was founded by visionaries who recognized that most schools have lost the focus on classical education – the same education that produced some of the greatest minds in Western Civilization. Through the stages of the Trivium (grammar, logic, rhetoric), students are challenged to their academic potential and inspired to learn from dedicated and outstanding teachers who serve as role models. Beauty, truth and wisdom are an important part of the curriculum that has as its' core the teachings of the Catholic faith. Children are inspired to learn through the initial basis of memorization of facts and truths that enable them to to "think", to be able to "analyze", to discuss and to formulate opinions logically on "fact". A Classical Education is the education that gives children the opportunity to be "free" – free to think and grow in a deep, loving relationship with God, while developing a love of learning. The ultimate goal is to provide a foundation for a lifetime, to grow in wisdom and faith, to become not only contributors, but leaders for the future. Regina Coeli Academy students have received awards at the state level in science and nationally in Latin. Scoring on average, one to two years above their grade level on the National Iowa testing is the norm and every graduate has been accepted by the high school of his/her choice; some have received scholarships and/or been placed in accelerated classes. Regina Coeli Academy, now in its' eleventh year has grown to form two sister schools, Regina Angelorum Academy, Ardmore, PA and Regina Luminis Academy, Downingtown, PA.
