reDesign is a Boston-based education design consultancy serving the primary and secondary education sector, partnering with K–12 schools, districts, and state agencies to implement competency-based, learner-centered education across classrooms and systems. Its offerings include CBE Catalyst memberships with learning pathways, coaching, professional learning communities, and AI-enabled tools, along with consulting and custom design for adopting competency frameworks, performance assessment, grading and reporting, leadership coaching, and policy alignment. Additionally, the Future9 open framework provides nine competencies for human flourishing and was introduced as a freely accessible resource in early 2024.
