Recharge Counseling,  is a small private mental health practice with locations in Downtown Naperville and Oak Brook. We work with couples, families and individuals dealing with a variety of mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, life transitions, work issues, etc. At Recharge Counseling we look to provide our clients a judgment free environment in hopes to foster client trust, and open dialogue. At Recharge Counseling we focus our therapy around three major modalities; Cognitive Behavioral, Client Centered, and Strength Based practices. We work with our clients to understand how their thoughts and emotions affect their behaviors and how to develop new, healthy ways of coping. Our goal is to have our clients effectively living their best life and achieving their life's goals.
