A self-contained, independent, Hollywood production campus for producers who appreciate how personal service in an intimate environment can make great work possible.

Raleigh Studios provides full-service facilities and support for filming television, motion
pictures and TV commercials—with particular emphasis on single-camera television dramas
(no control room, no live audience). Set on 10 acres in the heart of Hollywood, Raleigh Studios
is the oldest, continuously-operating studio in the United States (or, perhaps, in the world). In
2012, it celebrated its 100th anniversary as an independent studio lot. It offers the following:

• Studio and Office Space – On three adjacent lots in central Hollywood, Raleigh Studios
offers 13 sound stages (ranging in size from 3,800 sq. ft. to over 16,000 sq. ft.) and 150,000
sq. ft. of office space.

• Production Support Services – Raleigh Studios provides both services and supplies to
cover virtually any production-related need, including grip and lighting, HVAC/electrical, mill
space, security, hospitality/catering and screening rooms. Our onsite Production Resource
Center provides last-minute, production-critical expendables.

• Consulting Expertise – Our consultants have contributed to the development, construction
and management of studios from Budapest to Wuxi.

• Special Events – We offer unique locations and experienced personnel for small, intimate
parties and large-scale extravaganzas to add a touch of Hollywood to both corporate and
private events.
