The authority is governed by a nine-member Board of Commissioners and has consistently earned a High Performer rating from HUD's Public Housing Assessment System. Its mission is to provide safe, quality, affordable housing while promoting resident self-sufficiency and maintaining fiscal integrity.\nIn 2023, RHA formed a partnership with Gopack to collaborate with external partners in support of its housing initiatives.
