Raheja Universal Private Limited (RUPL) the flagship company of Mr. Suresh L Raheja and his sons, Mr. Rahul Raheja and Mr. Ashish Raheja, was incorporated in the year 1980. Mr. Suresh Raheja founded K. Raheja Universal Private Limited in 1980 with an exclusive team of professionals who dared to dream with their eyes open. They envisioned a transformed Indian landscape. His sons Mr. Rahul Raheja and Mr. Ashish Raheja joined the company in the mid- 1990s and helped transform the organisation from a family enterprise to a corporate with over 400 professionals.
During its formative years, the company concentrated on creating luxury residential structures to fill the need gap for quality and lifestyle living. With significant resources put into the core business, the company steadily expanded its portfolio to include the next big boom sub-segment: signature office towers and IT Parks.
