O primeiro ponto escolhido foi na cidade de São Caetano do Sul, localizada em São Paulo, que recebeu a primeira loja Ragazzo, em 1991. O conceito de servir comida italiana no estilo fast-food foi tão bem sucedido, que o modelo de negócio se expandiu.
Desde sua criação, o que sempre esteve presente no Ragazzo é o conceito de oferecer refeições e produtos de qualidade, pelo menor preço possível, com rapidez e atenção, herdados do Habib´s. Essa receita de sucesso, porém, tem um molho especial: a tradição italiana de uma boa refeição.
