Proximus Luxembourg is based in Bertrange, Luxembourg, and operates as an IT services and IT consulting provider under the brands Proximus NXT, Codit Luxembourg and Tango. It is a subsidiary of the Proximus Group, a major provider of telephony, Internet, TV and ICT services in Belgium. Founded in January 2019, Proximus Luxembourg consolidated the Tango and Proximus NXT brands under a single umbrella. Tango serves residential customers and small businesses with fixed and mobile telephony, Internet and television, while Proximus NXT targets medium-sized and large companies as well as public administrations with ICT and telecom services. In 2024, Proximus Group announced the sale of Proximus Luxembourg Infrastructure to InfraRed Capital Partners.
