Project FIND is a nonprofit organization in the Individual and Family Services sector, based in New York City. It provides housing and services for moderate- and low-income seniors to maintain independence in the community, and it has been among the first to offer homeless housing for New York City's elderly. The organization operates three supportive housing residences that house about 600 people and four senior centers with nearly 3,000 members.

Its programs also include services for the homeless or formerly homeless at two locations and a healthy aging initiative offering fitness and recreational activities. A 2022 development involves a partnership with Fairstead to bring affordable senior housing with on-site support to the Upper West Side.
