The owners of Premier Condominium Management, LLC have over 50 years combined experience in the property management field, specifically condominium management. PCM is experienced in managing Associations with as little as twelve to as many as 156 units. Our expertise in the field allows us the opportunity to service our clients with the knowledge required to properly represent the interests of the Association and protect the co-owners investment. The owners and management team include individuals with Business and Accounting degrees. An owner also has 35 years direct experience in the construction field, is a licensed contractor, and is invaluable in providing expertise of dealing with contractors on behalf of our clients. For the last ten years, PCM has been specializing in condominium management. We do not dilute our services by managing apartments, co-ops, or commercial properties. PCM offers 24-hour emergency services through our maintenance staff. PCM is a long-standing member of the United Condominium Owners of Michigan (UCOM) and offers certification and courses through the Community Associations Institute (CAI) to all of our property managers. All PCM’s management programs are tailored to meet the needs of each individual Association, we do not take a cookie-cutter, one-size fits all approach since each Association has its own needs and requirements.
