Precise Tool & Mfg. is a state of the art CNC machine shop with over 80 CNC machine tools at its disposal under 200,000 square feet of roof.

Our machine tools vary from 3 axis to 5 axis machining centers with the majority being 4 and 5 axis.  Pending the material type we can utilize our high speed machining centers with spindle speeds up to 25,000 rpm. 

Precise can machine parts from 2 lbs up to 120,000 lbs specializing in both production and prototype machining.  Our facility can turn parts from 1 inch up to 18 feet in diameter and mill parts from 3 inches up to 20 feet long.  

Customer’s electronic files are used for programming our machine tools and to inspect the parts on coordinate measuring machines.  With the redundancy in machine tools, our customers never have to worry about a machine going down.  On blanket orders/volume orders Precise Tool will maintain inventory and ship parts per your request.
