The College of Urban and Public Affairs is a unit of Portland State University focused on urban and public affairs education. It comprises two professional schools—the Mark O. Hatfield School of Government and the Nohad A. Toulan School of Urban Studies and Planning—and six academic units, including Criminology & Criminal Justice, Economics, Politics & Global Affairs, Public Administration, and Urban Studies & Planning.
