How do we accomplish our mission? Through our proven, Christ-centered approach to addressing homelessness: The PRM Transformation Model. Our model guides individuals struggling with homelessness, addiction, and trauma from a life of crisis toward wholeness. 

Each person we serve journeys through the model’s four holistic and integrated phases - Get Help, Stabilize, Recover, and Give Back - addressing the physical, emotional, and spiritual roots of homelessness, addiction, and trauma.  

We are 100% community funded - relying solely on the support of our community.
