Porta-Brace, Inc. is a Vermont-based manufacturer of custom-designed protective carrying cases, soft and hard covers specifically intended for use by the professional audio and video recording industry, including broadcast news, TV production, music video, and film production units.  Porta-Brace designs all products in-house with a dedicated team of professionally-trained designers using state-of-the-art design hardware and software for the textiles fabrication industry. We currently serve North America and more than 50 global markets. Our high-quality inventory includes:

Porta-Brace is proud to be U.S. owned and operated, and has remained in Vermont since the company launched in 1972 (originally K&H Products). Our cases are manufactured in our North Bennington and St. Johnsbury, Vermont facilities, where we are committed to using the highest-quality materials and quality manufacturing standards. Our experienced domestic design and manufacturing personnel allow us to frequently upgrade, improve, and modify Porta-Brace products to keep pace with the rapidly changing equipment innovation in the professional film and video industry.
