A pair of affordable earrings, some incredible shoes, a cozy sweater; whatever it is that makes your heart skip a beat, that’s what we are here for.

Our culture bombards us with images that tell us we aren’t young enough, white enough, thin enough, cool enough, femme enough. It tells us that we need to change ourselves to “fit in”. Let’s fight that narrative together. Because you are amazing just as you are, and we want to remind you of that every single day.

Poppy & Stella opened in the Spring of 2008, in the Fells Point neighborhood of Baltimore, Maryland. The owner opened the doors with the goal of having "something for everyone" in the single location. This continues to be true as Poppy & Stella has evolved throughout the years. Now with two storefronts in Fells Point, one in Ellicott City, and an online shop, we have grown in hopes of inspiring our supporters throughout Baltimore and beyond.
