POD Design is a mid-sized firm in architecture and planning founded in 2003 in Columbus, Ohio by Steve Kolwicz and Yumin Li. From its basement origins after a name change from Kolwicz Li Design, the practice now operates across four locations in the United States and China, including an office in Shanghai and a Cincinnati design studio established in 2013.

The firm provides landscape architecture, planning, and urban design services to both public and private clients, guided by a people-oriented design approach that emphasizes creative, cost-effective, and timely solutions developed through close collaboration. Its footprint across the United States and China signals a multinational orientation within the built-environment services sector. In 2025 POD Design formed a partnership with WallickCos to pursue joint projects in collaboration with other firms.
