Platinum Series by Mark Molthan is a full-service design, build, and realty firm in Dallas, Texas. We are committed to creating custom masterpieces and redefining luxury living. 

Each year, our team has been recognized by clients and colleagues for excellence in custom home building and design. Platinum Series has been voted a Dallas Best Builder every year since 2006 by D Magazine and is honored to have received Best of Houzz awards for the past three years. Our team has also achieved recognition from the National Association of Home Builders for being a top 20 builder in one of the nation’s best real estate markets. 

During the designing and building process, our team develops a close relationship with homeowners. All of us at Platinum Series work with clients to ensure that they receive the home they have always dreamed of and to make sure that enjoy each step of a stress-free process. 

Our custom homes can be found throughout the DFW, with numerous homes in the Park Cities and Preston Hollow areas of Dallas. We have also built out several residential suites in the W Hotel Dallas. In 2008, we completed the LUXE Show Home to benefit Scottish Rite Hospital for Children and the Junior League of Dallas. Last year, Platinum Series completed Bretton Woods, a gated community in the heart of Dallas that includes a private four acre park and walking trails.
