Professional counseling and life coaching is provided in a warm, confidential environment for adults, couples, 
adolescents 13 to 18 years of age, and their families.  I help people overcome emotional distress, mend relationships, and deal with major changes in their lives. I take an interactive approach, with two-way dialogue, and use a variety of techniques tailored to the specific needs of each client.  I often give handouts for clients to review what they have learned.

My focus is on listening to your problems, identifying potential areas for change, and helping you build new skills, such as improving communication and reducing negative thoughts. My mission is to help people grow both individually and relationally and to find solutions that people can start using right away, as well as the rest of their lives.   I also offer christian counseling for those clients who prefer this approach.
