The Pinellas Public Library Cooperative is a nonprofit organization that coordinates collaboration among its member libraries in Pinellas County, Florida, enabling shared resources, programs, services, and expertise. Founded in 1989 as Florida's first library cooperative, it was created to extend library services to unincorporated areas and municipalities without libraries.
