Pilgrims' Inn is a nonprofit organization based in Rock Hill, South Carolina, focused on shelter, assistance, and supportive services for the community's most vulnerable residents. It operates the Dorothy Bing Inn Shelter, a 14-bed facility for women and children, and Tricia's Court Apartments, a ten-unit housing complex with rent based on income. The organization provides two housing pathways: Transitional Housing for up to a year and the Shelter Plus Care program, offering permanent housing for individuals with mental health challenges. In addition, Open Arms Child Care offers affordable early education with an emphasis on developing kindergarten readiness, while staff are trained to recognize abuse, developmental delays, medical issues, and to refer families for services; parents can participate in classes on parenting and budgeting. Pilgrims' Inn also runs an Emergency Assistance Food Pantry that distributes groceries and household items donated by individuals, companies, and local food banks. Each year, the pantry serves about 5,000 households (roughly 9,000 individuals) and distributes more than 100,000 pounds of food.
