Vision: Pierce County Economic Development Corporation (PCEDC) assists businesses, communities and entrepreneurs in the realization of their dreams by providing them the technical assistance and connections to resources that enable them to grow and thrive and support a great quality of life. 
Mission Statement: PCEDC will provide information and service to provide the county population and potential citizens tools needed to create an excellent climate for all types of business. 
PCEDC is your economic development resource.  We provide training and mentoring to entrepreneurs, startup businesses and small business owners, assist businesses through business retention and development strategies, provide strategic planning and community and economic development assistance.  We can connect you to resources and tools that best fit your needs. We provide information on Pierce County attractions, available sites, available financing, tax incentives, parks, work force, demographic and economic data and education.  We encourage business relocation to Pierce County through marketing of our assets which include but are not limited to quality of life, picturesque rural character, transportation and proximity to Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area.
