Petrock's Liquors is a family-owned liquor and beverage retailer based in Hillsborough, New Jersey, founded in 1961 by John and Lucille Petrock. It started as a 3,000-square-foot bar and liquor store and expanded in 1978 to a full-service shop offering beer, wine, liquor, and soft drinks. Today, the store occupies about 10,000 square feet and carries a wide selection of popular brands as well as many hidden gems, including one of the area's largest offerings of microbrewery beers. 

The current management includes alumni of the Wine & Spirits Program, and the staff are encouraged to pursue ongoing education in wines and spirits. They provide in-store and private wine tastings to educate customers and help them choose bottles that meet their preferences.
