PetroChina International (America), Inc. (PCIA) is a Houston-based subsidiary that functions as the trading and marketing arm of PetroChina International Co., Ltd., part of PetroChina Company Limited. It engages in international oil and gas trading and develops value-added products and services to extend the downstream value chain. Its merchandising and trading activities cover more than 100 product types across over 80 countries, including refining, blending, storage, transportation, and wholesale and retail operations.
