Petro Rabigh is an integrated refining and petrochemical company headquartered in Rabigh, in the Mecca region of Saudi Arabia. It began in 2005 as a joint venture between Saudi Aramco and Sumitomo Chemical, operating the Rabigh complex that historically produced petroleum-based products and ethylene/propylene derivatives. The company also hosts the Rabigh PlusTech Park, a private industrial park intended to support downstream conversion industries and polymer processing projects. 

Its products serve downstream manufacturers and end users across plastics, detergents, lubricants, resins, coatings, textiles, packaging and related applications. In late 2023 Petro Rabigh inaugurated a carbon capture and utilization facility within its Rabigh complex, reflecting ongoing expansion and environmental initiatives.
