Performance Athletix training is not typical, nor are the results. For example, consider how extraordinary it is that we do not use weights to strength train and the fitness/conditioning component is performed before speed, power, or training for quickness. Yet we consistently produce some of the strongest, fastest and explosive athletes anywhere, who have become top prospects, draft picks and elite professional players in a wide range of sports. In 1997, Ted Johnson founded the company known as Performance Athletix based on these principles. It was born from not just athletic prowess, but beyond that: passion for training and developing training protocols for athletes to get to “the next level.” Performance Athletix has developed an incredibly individualized approach to training, based on the physiology, nutrition, skills, and potential for improvement/success of the limited number of athletes we agree to work with. We closely and transparently monitor these factors and the progress of each of our athletes’ development, while continuing to develop innovative training methods using cutting-edge technology and research.
