The Penobscot Bay Regional Chamber of Commerce is a nonprofit organization that serves as the regional business association for Knox, Waldo, and northern Lincoln counties in Maine. It was created in 2011 when two local chambers merged—the Camden-Rockport-Lincolnville Chamber and the Rockland-Thomaston Area Chamber.
