Pennsylvania Women Work empowers women by helping them find lasting, meaningful employment that pays a family-sustaining wage. We help women overcome life obstacles to employment; develop transferable job search and career skills; and forge connections that lead to brighter futures. Our goal is to help each client achieve long-term career stability and financial independence.

Our free programs are designed to serve a wide range of clients including people reentering the workforce, single mothers, refugees and immigrants, and more. While we are best known for our statewide New Choices career development program, we also provide computer training, job counseling, mentoring, and customer service classes -- all at no cost to our clients. 

PA Women Work offers events and workshops that provide useful information and support to help clients where local professionals can volunteer their time, talents and expertise to support women here in our community on their journey to fulfill their personal and professional goals.
