Pathways for Aging works to help our Aging Population improve Quality of Life so all can Age Well. We also provide Support, Guidance and Skills to the Families of older and disabled adults. Pathways for Aging is a group of professional clinical social workers and geriatric care managers. Our social workers are licensed in the state of Missouri and hold Masters Degrees in Social Work. Our Geriatric Care Managers hold Masters Degrees in Social Work and Gerontology and have 15+ years of experience in helping older and disabled adults. All of the social workers on staff are experienced in working with older adults and their families. Some services are billable to Medicare. Services are primarily provided in the client's residence. We offer Comprehensive In-home Assessments, assisting families and seniors in determining whether they can be maintained safely in their own home and when may be the appropriate time to move into senior housing. . Our staff brings a wide variety of professional experiences to Pathways for Aging, and all have multicultural training and experience.
