Partnership for Youth is a Minnesota-based non-profit in the religious institutions sector, founded in 2002 by John Crudele. The organization aims to guide youth toward a full life in Christ and to form young people in the Catholic faith through spiritual events that support Catholic teens and the youth ministers who work with them.

It is governed by a Board of Directors with input from a Board of Advisors and seeks to create opportunities for youth to grow in fellowship, community, and faith. Its programs include events such as Steubenville North Youth Conference, Pure at Heart, Teen Track at the Eucharistic Congress, Going Deeper Conference, and Leadership Training for Youth Ministers. The organization is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and operates with a very small staff.
