The Partnership for New York City is a non-profit organization based in New York City that mobilizes private-sector resources and expertise to strengthen the city’s standing as a global hub of economic opportunity, mobility, and innovation. Its membership comprises leading business figures and companies that collectively support close to one million jobs in New York City and generate roughly $370 billion in economic output. The organization functions as a neutral intermediary among business, government, labor, and the civic sector and provides policy-focused analysis and information to public policymakers and the media.

Its work combines programmatic initiatives, research, advocacy, and networking, along with targeted investments managed by the Partnership Fund for New York City, the organization’s investment arm. The Partnership Fund backs projects and entrepreneurs that contribute to a stronger and more inclusive New York City economy. In October 2025, Steven Fulop was appointed as President and Chief Executive Officer.
