OTC Services is a private, non-profit organization dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities achieve their highest potential. We provide a comprehensive range of services designed to foster independence, develop life skills, and secure meaningful employment.

Our Services

Day Services: Our Day Services offer individuals the opportunity to develop essential life skills and gain greater independence. Through day habilitation, community integration, and prevocational training, participants work towards achieving personal goals. Each program provides a supportive and structured learning environment with individualized plans crafted for every participant. We also offer specialized services for adults with complex medical and behavioral needs.

Employment Services: We offer comprehensive employment services to help individuals overcome barriers to employment, acquire valuable skills, and excel in a variety of occupational disciplines. Each year, we empower over 500 individuals facing physical, mental, and emotional disabilities by providing them with the tools and support they need to build brighter futures, contribute meaningfully to their communities, and achieve greater independence.
Residential Services: Our residential services offer a compassionate environment that fosters personal growth and independence. We prioritize providing opportunities and skills development to empower individuals towards greater self-sufficiency. Our group homes, staffed 24/7 by trained professionals, create a safe and supportive living environment where residents can feel engaged and enriched.
