Orsay Consulting is a boutique consulting firm based in Abu Dhabi. We supports investors, boards, and CEOs at critical inflection points when execution speed and control matter most: turnaround, rapid scaling, post-merger integration, or interim leadership gaps.

• Trust in numbers: Build the finance platform (master data, processes, systems, controls, and governance) to produce reliable financials and decision-grade reporting.
• EBITDA: Improve margin and cost performance by eliminating bottlenecks, leakage, and waste across commercial execution, operations, supply chain, and SG&A, using fact-based performance analytics, cost-to-serve visibility, and disciplined cost programs (baseline, targets, owners).
• Cash: Fix order-to-cash cycle (terms, pricing, master data, approvals, delivery proof, milestones, billing accuracy, collections) to accelerate cash conversion and and release working capital.
• Program Delivery: Lead the execution engine to deliver transformations, integrations, and ERP programs

• Operating Partner (portfolio): value creation planning, cadence, governance, issue resolution across assets
• Interim executive (single asset): CFO & Transformation Lead (6 to 12 months)
• Sprint-based transformation: rapid diagnostic and 100-day plan, then execution sprints (cash, O2C, pricing and margin, cost, ERP and data remediation)
