We also invest in continued training for team members across Optical Express, with a number of colleagues currently working towards qualifications in Marketing, Learning & Development and Personnel Practice.

We believe that Optical Express has a responsibility to give back, and we want to make a difference on a worldwide scale, too. We continue to partner with international charity Sightsavers, working to eliminate avoidable blindness in developing countries, and support charities at home including The STV Appeal and Cash for Kids.
