Opera On Tap is a Brooklyn-based performing arts organization founded in 2005 at Freddy’s Bar and Backroom and incorporated in 2007 to promote opera as a living, progressive art form and to support developing artists. What began as a monthly gathering of classically trained singers has grown into a producing company with a national footprint, anchored by a Chapter network that includes sixteen chapters.
